Czech language courses

Would you like to learn Czech? The Czech Centre London offers online courses for all levels, from beginner (A1) to advanced (C1), as well as conversation courses and the option to take certified exams.

Our courses are taught by experienced native-speaking tutors. We use modern coursebooks alongside additional materials tailored to your needs and progress, and lessons take place in small, supportive groups.

We offer competitive prices, with discounts available for students, unemployed learners and seniors. As a student, you will also be invited to cultural events organised by the Czech Centre.

How the courses work:

• courses for all levels: beginner, lower intermediate, upper intermediate and advanced

• all classes take place online via Zoom

• the academic year is divided into three terms, starting in September, January and April

• each term includes 10–12 lessons (2 hours each)

• classes take place once a week on weekdays (Monday–Thursday, 6:30–8:30 pm)

• small groups (average 8, maximum 14 students)

• we use Česky krok za krokem, Čeština pro cizince B1 and B2, Czech it Up B2

• strong focus on practical communication and active participation

• Our aim is to help you feel confident using Czech in everyday situations and to communicate with ease.
